I am a landlord in Ithaca, NY with a small number of rental apartments, enabling me to take great pride in the housing I rent. My apartments are in the vicinity of Fall Creek & Downtown Ithaca, having good proximity to Cornell University, Ithaca College, the Commons, bus service, the Farmer's Market, etc. Utility costs given in the listing were obtained from NYSEG (the local utility company).

Note: I am looking for tenants who are quiet, petless, and do not smoke. Sorry, no exceptions.

There is good storage in the easily accessible basement for storage, bicycles, skis and "stuff". Apartment is tastefully renovated with off-white walls. The space feels open and bright with open kitchen-living room with skylight, and wood stairway. "User-friendly" kitchen area has good counter space, storage, new frig, gas stove. The bedroom and study are both bright and quiet rooms, with reasonable closet space. This is an apartment that has good room for someone who doesn't have lots of "stuff", but likes clear space. Gardeners and sun worshippers (yes, there is sun in Ithaca) will enjoy the large sunny yard. $1020 plus utilities (approx. $170). Waher/dryer and parking available.
